1.0.9c Witchery problem

I just updated my server to the latest recommended build (which i don't think is worthy of being recommended) and there is a big problem with the witchery mod. In this version is adds a 'Spirit world' which registers as DIM9. Everytime anyone joins the server they get this error: http://pastebin.com/GY3DTQQs

 

I have tried deleting and regenerating the world and disabling it in the bukkit.yml file. None of these work so does anyone else know of a solution to this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
