Multiplayer issues

I have a server that I am trying to set up. When I get it all started and going, it claims that I do not have the mods to play.

Which mods does it say you're missing when you try to connect?

The server is running 1.0.8 - make sure you're using that to connect from the client rather than 1.0.9c.

 

You can pick the version in the cog on the left (under the b-team menu icon), set version to manual and you'll be able to pick in the dropdown list there.

Wow I feel dumb. Hahaha thanks man. I am also having an issue trying to update it to the newest. It just crashes on server startup. I can get you a pastebin for that as well if you like

Sure, if you'd like help with it put it up on the bug tracker and someone will get to it.  There's a link in my sig, just make a new issue saying you've got a problem updating.
