WHITE SCREEN OF DEATH

Launcher/pack Version: Tekkit 2.1.1

Operating System:Windows 7 ultimate

Version of Java:1.6.0.31 64 bit

Description of Problem: I log on to tekkit with no problem but when i try my server with my friend it goes to black screen and then white and freezes

Same happened to me. I checked on my server and there was one error that I don't know if it relates to this issue:

[WARNING] Time ran backwards! Did the system time change?

So I restarted the server but this didn't help. I tried boosting the RAM from the launcher and clearing the cache. The game did start but as Vanilla with none of my settings or texture packs (I checked to see the texture pack folder and it brought me to the Vanilla folder).

I closed the game and used the latest stable build and this worked for me.
