mariomaniac99 Posted March 23, 2014 Posted March 23, 2014 When I open the Technic launcher it ways offline for all the mod packs and i cannot play offline because i have not yet installed them. i cannot install them because according to the launcher i'm offline but I have 4 bars in internet. any solutions?
