Galacticraft: Cant see other players oxygen gear?

Is it normal you wont see other players oxygensuit?

I can remember I could see other players having their oxygen gear on..

Yeah, not exactly game breaking but we noticed the same on our server. Presumably something must have changed in Galacticraft between 1.1.10 and 1.2.6.
