Attack of the B-Team server setup. Need help fixing!

I've watched a few videos about how to set up a server, but when I do everything it says the server launch window won't let me play on it, I think it has something to do with the Ip address, please if you can help me, it would be great! Here's is what it says when i launch the server window...
