I am wanting to install

The Smart Movement Mod

and

Sonic Ether's Unbelievable Shaders v1.1

I have installed these to vanilla, but now I want these on and with the technic pack.

I have spent a good few hours trying and I cannot quite manage to grab it, some help please.

Smart movement might work, but as I recall the shader packs are incompatible with Forge. And Forge is a big thing underlying all the mods in the pack. So I don't think you can.
