Ender tanks

Is it possible to add the mod with the endertanks to make the tinkers construct easier beacause now i need to go to a cave or nether to get lava in buckets and with the endertank i can just get it unlimited from the nether

there are a lot of ways, try watching videos of youtubers who play with thermal e... glis have a good power setup

If you're using 1.0.9c, you can use the old steam turbine with an aqueous accumulator to produce infinite power (really cheaty), or you can use any number of dynamos and mob farms/tree farms to produce power. Or, solar panels from galacticraft...
