Really Need Help Please!!

Version of Java: 64

Description of Problem: It stops randomly during the download at different %s. It got to Downloading Native LWGF Files once but I crossed it after it ran for 3/4 hour on that stage. My internet doesn't stutter so I don't thinks it's that. However,At the beginning of the download it says "A new version of tekkit is available, Would you like to download". When I click yes, it goes onto the above, but when I click No, it opens a tekkit window but has a error code which I will put below the original in the link section. I really need help.

what antivirus are you running and have you tried disabling it?

the error you're getting is a block ID conflict, which generally means something got screwed up and you need to reinstall. however, you apparently are having problems reinstalling, and the usual culprit there is overactive antivirus/firewall software.
