Tekkit Server Plugins

Hey guys, i just got a quick question about some tekkit plugins for the server i will be making.

1. If I were to use the Jobs plugin, if i put COPPER_ORE......etc... would that work??

2. Is there an easy way to find the 1.1 version of the plugin, or could i just use the current build of it?

3. Do certain plugins interfere with any mods?
