none of my modpack servers work

ok so i would say 2-3 weeks ago my servers for any of the modpacks just stoped working i remember reading something a while back on how to fix it but i couldnt figure it out i also know i could just wait but id like to be able to use it now because them updateing the modpack in the next 24 hours or something isnt really reliable so if anyone can explain how to fix this that be great id also like to note that the server log doesnt appear any different then it does when it worked it just runs its thing but the game just says cant reach server as if it wasnt on

Please post this issue on the tracker, and add the server log anyway. Include a client launcher log as well. Links to the tracker (and its guidelines) are available in signature below.
