Can't remove added mod

So I added the shaders mod to my Attack of the B-team mods folder and the mod wasn't working very well. I removed the shaders.jar from the mods folder and deleted the shadersoptions.txt thinking that would remove the mod, but apparently I was wrong. Every time I open Attack of the B-team it reinstalls the shaders mod. Please help me. Thanks.

Reset the modpack would definitely get rid of it. This is done with the cog icon under the modpack logo in the launcher.
