Unnamed glitched microblocks in inventory crashing my game

Hi. Sorry in advance if I posted this in the wrong place. But yesterday I turned on B team and went on my world to find that I had an unnamed item in my inventory. It was pink and black checked and I'm pretty sure it's from Forge microblocks because I've seen the checked items in the menu. I can't move, my screen just jams and then it crashes. Does anyone know of a way to fix this? I can see it in my inventory, but I can't chuck it out by pressing q because the screen crashes before I can do anything. Thanks for reading.
