Players lose there Inv after crash

Players lose there Inv after server crash, I think it is due to player data corruption.

 

Any one else seen this happen?

 

Any ideas to stop it from happening?

Post issues on the tracker, link to the tracker (and its guidelines) is available in my signature below. People would be more willing to assist you there. Make sure to include some server logs for a few of the crashes as it may indicate what is going on.
