Could not find or load main class start?

Launcher/pack Version: 1.0.11

Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit

Version of Java: Java 7 64 bit

Description of Problem: I am unable to open the Technic launcher because it gives an error:

Hmmm... I think the .jar went prancing off.

That's not using the Launcher exe, thats using the jar itself, which makes no sense.
