White Screen Crash

Version of Java: IDK sorry if that is important

Description of Problem: Ok so i just got 0.5 and im playing it and when i create a new world it just goes to white screen and creating another world doesnt help

Are you using the alternate texture pack? Try switching back to the default Minecraft textures, that fixed it for me.

Had the exact issue

Windows 7 32bit, jre7

Changing to default textures does solve the issue (Thanks Forfeit)

Must be something to do with SMP's Revival texture pack
