Attack of the b-team (NEI Utility not working)

Hey can some one help me with this problem you see the nei utility mode is not working. I did manage to get it to work twice untill I deleted the worlds that had it working and I didnt do anything with the files in the folders. but can some one tell me how to get it working agian?

Make sure the buttons related to the utilities are not grayed out (theyre dark in color) if they are, click them to turn them to a lighter gray. Also, some of them may require you to be an op (or have cheats enabled) in order to use (actually, i believe all of them require op, but not on atm to confirm this)
