Can i get some help joining a servers please?

Hello, i've played tekkit before but i cant rember how to join if im doing it wrong or there is something else is stopping me. Any help would be helpful.

Make sure you are running the same version as the servers. Current recommended is 1.2.8e, but some may still be on older builds. A few adventurous ones might already have jumped to the 1.2.9 beta.
