Redpower2 Automation Bug [Advanced]

Few people know about this type of thing by the looks of everything so i've come here after raging through many forums.

 

I have a setup like this:

 

 

               

 

 

Automatic Crafting Table MK2 < Retrievulator < Retriever < Accelerator < Magtube

                    ^

          Retrievulator

                    ^

             Retriever

                    ^

           Accelerator

                    ^

            Magtube

 

I am trying to automate diamond drawplates, from the bottom, the diamond handsaws are pushed in. And from the side, the recipe materials are pushed in.

 

Now, my problem is, the diamond handsaw dissappears after one use. Why is this? If anyone could help me out that would be appreciated.
