GUI Feature That Shows What Block You're Looking At

So recently, the feature in the GUI that tells you what kind of block you're looking at(not sure how else to put it) stopped working.  Is there a hot key that disables it?

There is. Look in your keybindings ( esc > options > controls ) for the WAILA keybinds
