Ram added to the Attack of the b team

I need help with my Single player in attack of the B team. I'm playing it at 100 fps but my ram always stay at 70 to 90 % and if i generate new areas it stays at 80% and above I've tried everything with java and the tekkit launch console. I uninstall java multi time and tried everything on the web search my some one here can help me

That sounds like exactly what it's supposed to be doing - I'm a little confused - what's the problem?  What would you like it to be doing that it is not doing?
