diamond dimension launches mojang revers upside down

I installed the launcher, added diamond d mod pack and played for 4 hours last night. Then when I tried to play today, mojang launched backwards and upside down - HOW CAN I FIX?? So annoying!  updated java - but then a forum said I shouldn't be using 7 so not sure what to do… please someone help me!!!!

you're on a mac I assume.  enter full screen mode with command+f11 or the fullscreen option in the video options.
