Pack help?

None of the other topics looked like the right place for this..
Ok, so I have the mods and configs in the zip, but forge doesn't install

Could I get some help with where I messed up?

How did you turn it into a .zip? I had this problem but it was all because i ziped the folder containing bin, mods, and config. Instead you should should select the bin, mods, and config folders and zip them. (picture here)

Also your zip program may not be up-to-par to zip files… This happened to me, download "keka" or something and try again.
