Tekkit and Multicraft control panel

Hey guys, I've been at this all night, I just starting renting a minecraft server from this new provider called Exodus Hosting. They use the Multicraft Control panel. I want to beable to install the Tekkit server on it. I have put the tikkit.jar in the /jar folder, and the config and mods folders that go along with modloader. (Actually they are in the server root and in the /jar folder). Every time I start it and I look at the console, it gives errors about block ids already taken.

Does anybody know how to set up Tekkit with Multicraft?

Sorry in advance if this is hard to understand, like I said I have been up all night trying to figure this out.
