is there any way to add an texture pack?

Nope. Sorry. There is no easy-to-find folder with the path (Win7) C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\.techniclauncher\[modpack]\texturepacks where you could possibly put something like that, for the mod pack you are using.
