gigafunk Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 Hi! I have set up the solder api on my webserver. Its in /var/www/core/pubic ....so its not in www, its in core. Debian 7 typical LAMP openvz vps. Solder works, I can create user accounts and add modpack. BUT...it throws this error when I click on the Main Setting under configure solder menu item Seems I cant paste into here? maybe my browser... anyhow here is a pastebin link http://pastebin.com/zUZrkQX5 Last error like this, I had to enable curl, so I hope its easy like that, but I cant find it out there. maybe a file perm issue? I tried to set them all to 777 as a test and no dice. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
PBlock96 Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 It looks like a needed path does not exist, you may want to delete the solder files (copy out the ones that you have configured and put them back when done), redownload them, and put them back on.
gigafunk Posted July 17, 2014 Author Posted July 17, 2014 (edited) I know, I tried that. I do not know a whole lot about php. I cant find that directory, but I cant find the others that DO work, so I thought maybe PHP created them on the fly per user or something, and didn't have some permission or something. There ARE directorys that sort of correspond to the working buttons at a slightly different path...no MAIN view directory anywhere though,. This is the newest .6 version solder, and I have redownloaded the files, and manually poured through them to find a difference. None. I believe its more likely that I am missing a tiny part of the puzzle than the .6 release being bad.....there is also a release from the same day as the .6 on th solder site...maybe ill try that. **edit I used the latest dev version....I had to 777 the storage directory to get it to work....but it works. I am sure I am having an ownership problem of some sort... Edited July 17, 2014 by gigafunk
