Not able to craft modded items

Ok I decided to make add some mods to tekkit and now I can craft any items that are from a mod and the mods i added are the helicopters mod and some others such as tree somethng and just fun things and i dont know what going on when I go on a normal mode (single player) I can craft and do as i want I hsvr tried and dont know

If that happens, you most definitely have not started the server correctly. You have to start it using Tekkit.jar, because starting it with minecraft_server.1.6.4.jar will start a vanilla server. Easiest way to do this is simply using the script: Launch.bat on Windows, launch.sh on Unix (Linux/MacOS).
