Failed to Start

I have tried every freaking solution under the sun. How the heck do you get the server to start? It loads and then says server stopped. I have followed every guide to get a Multicraft Attack of the Bteam server to run but nothing helps.

Well, first i'd start with getting a non-modded "vanilla" modpack server running. Which involves just downloading the server files and running the launch.bat (launch.sh on non-windows), then its up. if it doesnt stay up, you have other issues going on that adding stuff onto wont help.
