Frame Motor Help Help with frame motors

I looked up a video tutorial on how to make a moving gate with frame motors and i tried for about an hour and on the video tutorial it worked. However, mine did not. Here some screenshots of it.

The last one are the timers that pulse for the Frame motor at .8 seconds when a lever is pulled

this looks like it doesn't belong to tekkit, maybe it's tekkit classic related then you should post it in another section...
