mc crashed

i play attack of the b- team already a month or something. But since a few days i start the singelplayer game and i can play it for a few seconds. After this the game close his self and i am back by the main screen where you can choose the modpack you want to play. somethimes it says shuting down internal server. can someone help me with this? D:
