Hotmail can't receive verification emails

These questions never seem to be answered, but I'm just gonna keep trying till it is.

 

I tried making an account months ago that used a hotmail email address. That was a big mistake. Hotmail never receives the email. There is no way to make it receive the email. I've ensured that the messages aren't scrapped by any filters, and I've waited days and weeks in case the email somehow got lost in the wires.

 

That was a rather silly thing to do because emails travel at the speed of light, as does all electricity.

 

So the problem might be on Technic's end. If I can't get my problem solved here, does anyone know whom I should contact to get the problem sorted out? (Like, who is able to either delete the account in question so I can remake it with a gmail address, or change the email address?)
