1.7.10 Modpack help

Hello. I have been doing work for a modpack that will be in 1.7.10. I have one issue that I need help with. I cant seem to find any modpacks in 1.7.10 to test the mods in just to make sure it works with the technic platform. Can someone either explain how to get things running manually or direct me to a bare 1.7.10 modpack with no mods in it? I have been going through the pinned modpack tutorial, just running into a brick wall XD

 

*I have done all the standard testing (ids and such), im just confused as to how to get the modpack into 1.7.10 and how to make it publishable.

 

Update, if a mod can delete this thread please do. I found a tutorial video. Sorry for wasting your time.
