Help technic pack Bad openGL error

Hey guys i need help fixing this eror i dont know how to and i cant seem to fix it ive tried to delete and download agian and stioll it doesnt work here is the error report

Well maybe you should try to update your video card drivers?

And while you're at it, update to Java 7.

I've had this problem once even though java is latest version and videocard drivers are too. I found a video on youtube which I used to fix my problem if I find it again I'll post a link
