Weird items...

Hello,  today i crashed after i used a item called "Test Item". i know, it was a nooby mistake, but i had to. also, i found this thing called 'Volleyball court marker, and when i us it, i lag insanely bad (Thanks, mac) and soon crash. So, what are these items? some items left from a removed mod?
