Error Message "Operation timed out"

Whenever I try to join my own server, I wait about 5 minutes trying to connect and then it says "Operation Timed out"

Please help me! I really need to access my own server!

It wasn't a launcher, it was a server. The console didn't say anything. :/

If you're attempting to connect, and it timed out, post the launcher log on the tracker as mentioned. And if you have access to the server files, post the ForgeModLoader-server-0.log file (it may be named slightly different, going from memory) as well. But again, on the tracker.
