Launching the server fails

when i click on launch it starts loading for a second or 2 then stops and tells me that it has a "UnSatisfiedlinkError... can't load IA 32-bit .dll on a AMD 64 bit bit platform" im not sure if it's something to do with java or my OS, overall im dumbfounded please help me

you're sure dumb alright, at least you got that part right. read the stickies and post in the proper format if you want an answer to your problem that has been answered many times already.
