I've updated my drivers and it only happens when I use the Technic Launcher.

I am able to play Vanilla Minecraft from the regular launcher but when I try to use the Technic Launcher, This error message is generated for Tekkit, Technic, YogBox, Hack/Mine, VoxelModPack and Vanilla.

Amazingly, this error has been fixed by reducing the amount of RAM being reserved by Java, at least iirc from another thread. If you're trying to dedicate more RAM than you have, I think Java craps out. Check that first (Launcher window > Options > reduce RAM to 512MB, for example).
