I'm having some Issue's with My tekkit server. I can't seem to find a Tekkit Server 1.1 Download because I don't know how to downgrade my server from 1.2 to 1.1, If you could help me please reply

The Tekkit 1.1 server was, I believe, pre-launcher. You will not find, on this site, a copy of that server, since the Technic crew doesn't want to support something that could be used to play a pirated copy of MC. Why would you want an older version anyway?

If you're talking about a Tekkit server for Minecraft 1.1, that is the current version.
