Teleport White Screen Of DEATH

Hello i was on my tekkit world sorting out my quarry then i got to the top of my quarry and went to my teleporter presed the button then i got a message saying saving chunks and got a white screen please help beacause I worked very hard on that world D:

try to open F3, and see used memory. If it araund 100%, it runs out of RAM, you can expand your RAM, and the problem solved, if no, i don't know your problem's solve.
