*Help* I cant load a modpack more then once *Help*

Hello I am getting an error where I can  only load a mudpack once and if I shut it down and try to load it up again I get this error UsersMy NameApddataRoaming.technicmudpack namebinnativesOpenAL32.dll (The Proccess cannot access the file because it is being used by another process)

 

so I have to restart my pc to put the mudpack on and this is realy annoying how do I fix

please help
