Necromancy Minion not working

I need some help with my necromancy.

I have filled the altar with the items, but when I shift-right click it, the minion does not say "Craft my thy dark command"

Please help if you can.

Note: I was in human form when I clicked.

Last i knew you need to use the necronomicon (sp?) on the altar in order to summon the minion.
