Problems stacking some items

Description of Problem: Sometimes on my server some items won't stack together. So far it happened with crops, uranium ore, sticky resin and nether ores. This seems to be only items added from mods. Example: I have a stack of uranium ore of 10 and a stack of uranium ore of 3. I try to put them together, but it spits them back like the way it spits them back with the transmutation tablet if you put something in you can't put in, so it just splits the stack up again to the original ratio. The fun thing is though that I have the other stack in my hand now. So it's like it's treating them as 2 different items even though it's the same. NEI also says it's the same item ID's.Error Messages: N/A

EDIT: If I want to move the same bugged items to a new spot I have to click that spot twice to place them there. Same goes for throwing them out of my inventory, also when using Inv Tweaks shortcut.

Do you have mcMMO as a bukkit plugin on your server? I've noticed that some of the double drop items you can get from that mod don't stack.

With the nether ores, are you sure they aren't the fake "Nether Tin" ores you get when you mine one of the exploding ores? If it says "nether tin" and it won't stack, it most likely is one of those exploding ores. To make sure, try to smelt it in a furnace. If it won't smelt, it's a junk ore.

No mcMMO, although there are some custom plugins. The Nether Ores could smelt just fine. The problem I was having it with was with redstone nether ores though, but I guess it could happen to all the ores.

EDIT: I was just told that it happened before he installed the custom plugins, so I'm thinking this is a general Tekkit problem.

EDIT 2: Apparently this is also happening with some of my redstone now.

EDIT 3: Ok, this is getting out of control. It's happening to many items now.

Did anyone ever find a fix to this? The only one I can find is to place it down and then mine it again... It always happens once I'm deep into my server with EMC, IC2, RedPower, etc.
