My AOTB Wont Go To Version 1.7

I recently got the Technicpack Launcher and I wanted to play the "World of Keralis" AOTB server. Whenever I launch AOTB, it loads Minecraft Version 1.6.4 and I need 1.7. I tried hitting the cog-wheel to change the version and all I was able to change was the "Build". (Mine is set to 1.0.13c. (The current latest.)) Someone help me please?
