I just set up a Tekkit server, and, when I open the technic launcher, select Tekkit, log in, and go to multiplayer, I see the green bars that say the server is working. But, when I try to join, I come up with the error message "End of stream". Does anybody know if this is a common error and can be fixed? If so, just post how to fix it below.
