My server has been working well for the past month or so, but it has recently stopped. I am able to connect on the machine running the server using Localhost and the internal IP, but I am unable to connect using the external IP from any computer. I have port forwarded correctly as it was working until recently. I have not changed any settings, changed Java, Firewall, or the ports in any way. I have tried resetting the ports, shutting down the firewall, re-adding java as an exeption to the firewall, redownloading the server, restarting my computer, and nothing has worked.
Edit:
I fixed this problem by going into my port-forwarding settings and set the To IP Address option to the static IP address I had reserved for the computer running the server in the DHPC reservation. I hope this helps anyone else who comes across this problem.
