Disable floating Endstone Villages?

Is it possible to disable, increase Rarity, of all these floating Endstone villages?

 

They are grid shaped monstrosities and I really don't want to jump into creative to get rid of them all

They sound like a better dungeons dungeon, rather than a "village" - if so, these are called kamiPalace and its file for generation could just be deleted from
