Looking for a mod pack

Ok, I need a mod pack, which is something I DO have the ability to create….

 

 

The thing is, I want a pack with only a few mods, some of which I haven't researched, and it needs to have a custom server operation, by which I mean one of those easy-download-server buttons, if that's possible… Or even just some help with a server, whenever I try it the server is HORRID, laggy, the chunks are all separated and it's just awful….

I don't care which version of MC it's for, whichever is easiest. 

 

 

Aside from that my only preference is none of the extra mods are too game changing like pixelmon or my-little-pony-craft. Just tiny, hopefully stable things like lucky block or statues. (But neither of those because I know them…)
