NEI not showing up at all?

Hi there,

A few days ago I downloaded this mod pack, but while I was in my inventory (on Creative mode) NEI just went away. No search bar, no items to the right of the screen, no nothing. I reset my computer and NEI still hasn't been working. I am using the Technic Pack. NEI is not working on survival either (I use it to look at recipes for items on survival)... Does anybody know a solution? Thank you :)

you need to delete some files & folders: mods, Bin, Resources, options.txt, Config, stats, redpower, Matmos(all) and Buildcraft and BetterDungeons. than re-open technicLauncher and download the Pack again.

P.S do not delete your saves or texturepacks otherways you can't restore them.
