Description of Problem: My server which is currently in the making relies a lot on WorldGuard on protections. Everything works up to standard except one thing. Tools. A lot of tools like wrenches can be used to modify users creations inside our spawn plot system. I was wondering there was a way to disable tools in plots you do not own.
