Errors with most plugins

Launcher version: 2.1.1

OS : Windows 7

Problem: Hi, for some reason most of my plugins are crashing, I cant recall any thing i have done to cause LWC and Hawkeye not to work and the below link is the only possible information i can get.

lwc is the wrong version, probably the same for all the others. make sure your plugin versions are compatable with bukkit 1.1R4

I have downgraded to a 1.1 R4 Compatible one but to now help what so ever, and aswell as that now these have started popping up to under every plugin:
